Fostering LIFE is proud to offer scholarships to graduating seniors in foster care. We want to recognize, support, and empower those elevating their education in pursuit of their dreams.
5K and 1 mile Fun Run/Walk
Please join us as we raise awareness for the needs of youth in foster care during National Foster Care Month with our 3rd Annual Fostering LIFE Day 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk and festival at Grant Park on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Choose from the 5K or 1-mile Fun Run. Join a team, and invite family and friends to have fun while supporting a worthy cause. Virtual options are available.
The 5K/1-mile Fun Run and Festival is a family friendly event. You are guaranteed to get your steps in and have a fun-filled time! All proceeds from the event will support Fostering LIFE’s educational and extracurricular scholarships.
COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS
Courageous Conversations is series of conversations with youth and caregivers where we discuss what it means to be courageous in care.
National foster care month
Join us during the month of May as we advocate and educate on all things foster care! We take time out to encourage, uplift, and empower youth that are part of the system while acknowledging and rewarding the hard-working foster parents that selflessly give of themselves to care for others.
