Fostering LIFE Day
Join us for the Fostering LIFE 5K & Family Festival—a fun-filled community event supporting scholarships for youth in foster care! Enjoy free food, games, yoga, massages, entertainment, and more. While this is a fundraiser, foster youth and foster parents participate for free, and no one will be turned away—so come out, bring a friend as we bring awareness to the needs of youth in foster care.

Please join us as we raise awareness for the needs of youth in foster care during National Foster Care Month with our 3rd Annual Fostering LIFE Day 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk and festival at Grant Park on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Choose from the 5K or 1-mile Fun Run. Join a team, and invite family and friends to have fun while supporting a worthy cause. Virtual options are available.
The 5K/1-mile Fun Run and Festival is a family friendly event. You are guaranteed to get your steps in and have a fun-filled time! All proceeds from the event will support Fostering LIFE’s educational and extracurricular scholarships.

Courageous Conversations is series of conversations with youth and caregivers where we discuss what it means to be courageous in care.
